Spare Change Adds Up to Make a Difference

Kate and Maggie Yarbrough donate spare change for Haiti at KHES

In the last two weeks of January, Kitty Hawk Elementary School students were encouraged to bring in their spare change to participate in a school-wide Haitian relief effort. As of January 29th, KHES has raised $1066.06 that was sent directly to the UNICEF Haitian Relief fund. Here, KHES students Kate and Maggie Yarbrough donate their spare change.
